Aborting America’s Future?

There is a lot more involved in the abortion issue than just religion. Other seldom-publicized ramifications, if not taken seriously, could devastate our nation’s future.

Since the January 22, 1973 Roe vs. Wade decision to legalize abortion, there have been about 20 million of them. And, they continue at the rate of about 4,000 per day, or about 1.5 million each year. At least 25% of these abortions are performed on teenage girls, and half of all teenage pregnancies end in abortion. What will be the effect on our nation of losing those 20 million children? If the ghosts of Abortion Past & Abortion Present are not enough to haunt us, maybe the silent screams of Abortion Future will bring us to our senses long enough to pause and reflect. First, let’s consider some of the effects that we are already beginning to realize from the lack of children. Then let’s look ahead to some potential effects in the next twenty to forty years. We also want to consider some of the ways the socialists and humanists are trying to cover up these problems, and what we as Americans need to do in response.

Twenty million less children in our country is taking its toll already in many ways. Nursing shortage. High tech worker shortages. Shortages in almost every field that traditionally has depended on young workers entering their ranks are beginning to surface. And the social security system is beginning to crack. Savings & Loans have already gone bust from lack of young people buying homes and building equity. We have only just begun to realize some of the direct and indirect results from the abortion holocaust. Doesn’t anyone realize that (in addition to the moral and spiritual values at stake) it is not good for America to let this holocaust continue? Almost one-tenth of our nation’s population has been stripped from us.

But the twenty million we have lost so far will be nothing compared to the effects of a continued loss. In another fifteen years we will have lost more than one-fifth of our population. In the next few decades there will be an incredible lack of leaders and workers (and military personnel). Will there be enough workers after we retire to support social security? Will America be left defenseless and helpless? It is sheer suicide to allow such mass destruction of future generations. The pro-abortionists ignore the long-term results of their selfishness: by spending all their time and money on themselves they won’t have any family to help them when they get old. It will be even more devastating if the same policies which allowed abortion to become legal go even further into legalizing euthanasia.

America Could Become:

The Great Cover-Up

Are the socialists trying to limit births of Americans so they can import massive amounts of anti-Christian immigrants to take the place of the children we aborted? Foreigners are owning a bigger and bigger share of America each passing year. Inter-racial marriages and foreign cultures and religions are being heftily encouraged by the media and educational systems in order to hasten the integration of many more foreigners into our country. Foreign cultural & religious influences are becoming major factors now in American society. Witness the incredible surge of believers in Eastern Oriental religions and the New Age syncretism. We once were easily characterized as a Christian nation. Now that designation has become substantially less applicable. Christian religious freedoms are being stripped away one by one by the socialist and humanist influences in our government. Educational systems are not molding the few children we have left into qualified, capable and globally-competitive leaders. The educational system in this country has got to be totally overhauled (not just reformed). It is no longer protecting and propagating Family Values. Alternate lifestyles (gay & lesbian) are encouraged, which incidentally do not produce any offspring. Now it makes sense why pro-choicers help the Gay Rights movement, & vice versa, and why the population-control socialists are involved with them. They both attack the traditional Family Structure that made & keeps western civilization great. It’s obvious that the Pro-Choice and the Gay-Lesbian crusaders have only their own temporary selfish interests in mind. They don’t care about anyone else, not even their own nation, communities or families.

America, Choose Life!

Forget about “rights” and “choice”. America is not going to have many rights or choices left if it doesn’t address the devastating problem of abortion. The time for choice is now while something can be done. The only rational choice is for LIFE. Let’s not wait until the full effects of abortion have destroyed our real freedoms and rights. We as concerned citizens must raise our voices in protest, or we and our children for generations to come will pay the devastating price for it. We could start by writing our government officials, newspapers, magazines, radio stations and school boards about it. There are all kinds of legal means available for Christians to both protest abortion and offer alternatives. The main thing is that we use our influence now while there is still time. Our children, grandchildren and future generations will thank us for it.
